Staff were amicable.
All in all it's well priced and comfy hotel, we had a really good stay here. The location was ideal near the centre...

A reasonably priced hotel, I liked it, staff was very very helpful. The property had a particularly good position, by a major dual carriageway. The food I tried was good and they have a lot of meals to choose from.

The king room had basic facilities you need, TV and a hairdryer. There was cosy interior. The staff were exceptionally nice and pleasant and the location was easy down hill since last time we stayed.

Basic stay with some issues
Checked in and felt a bit uncomfortable with all the hustle around. Rooms are kinda scruffy and need a lotta love-cracked walls and old decor. Bathroom was clean tho, and I appreciated hot water. Breakfast was decent! No probs with the staff, they were nice. WiFi was a bummer too. Just not the cozy vibe I expected.

This time on the fourth floor the rooms were very clean. The location is ideal for us, only 15 min to the airport Birmingham. parking spaces are also sufficiently available. In the bar you can also eat in case of need. I have not tried breakfast, there is enough tea and a kettle available.
The rooms / carpets are already very worn out

it would be cool to have free wifi in the room. because of this, I always sat in the lobby.

Upon arrival the hotel looked tired and run down, there was broken car glass in the car park, the staff were rude and the lifts were not working properly. The room was very basic and had definately seen better days, the bed was the worst i have ever had the misfortune to sleep in. The matress was only about 5 inches thick and extremely uncomfortable. I went down to breakfast the following morning and the having been told the lifts were fixed used it, it got stuck between floors for a minute which was quite disconcerting, the breakfast was not something i would like to experience again. When i complained about the room i was told to like it or lump it it.

I found the reception area bright and cute, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff were attentive, helping with any requests and providing a pleasant dining experience. It felt very accommodating for seniors like me.
More heating options in public areas would help.
